| After watching eBay for a set of Callaway X-20 irons, I found the exact set for more than $30 cheaper here at BHM Golf (and free shipping to boot). After I ordered, I ran across some not-so-flattering reviews from prior customers that had me a bit nervous. Having had some online deals go south recently, I began to panic that I would never see my clubs, but all of my apprehension was for nothing.
I received my clubs today (one week turnaround which is pretty great) and they are perfect. I will definitely buy from BHM Golf in the future.

| When I originally placed my order for a Bushnell Rangefinder there were some communication issues between BHM and Bushnell that led to the delay in me getting my order. I tried contacting Bushnell directly and quickly discovered that they are the source of the problem not BHM. After numerous failed attempts by BHM and myself in trying to get Bushnell to take care of their Customers BHM offered to substitute another Rangefinder and honor the price that I originally agreed to pay. I went with the Leupold GX 2. WOW! It’s a far superior product than the original Tour V2 (w/ slope) so I would like to say “thank you” to BHM for picking up the slack and taking care of their Customers. And also an additional “thank you” to Bushnell for your lack of communication and delaying my order long enough to find a better product. I will definitely order through BHM again. |

| BHM had a little problem getting the clubs I wanted in the time frame I needed. They were on back order and BHM was not at fault. When I asked to cancel the order I had no problem at all. | All though I didn't like not being called or e-mail about the 2 Sun Mountain V2 carts I will return and have returned and ordered 2 cool-paq for the Sun Mountain V2 carts.
BHM has the best prices I could fine on the net, just need to call or e-mail people if there are going ship different colors other than what they ordered.

| Ordered 2 Sun Mountain carts V2 1 black and 1 silver, received 2 black ones, the silver ones where on back order and they thought I would want 2 black ones, but could have called me or e-mailed me to make sure before shipping me 2 black ones.
We love the carts just wish they would have informed me first is all, and yes I would have take the 2 black ones rather than wait on the silver one.

However, I noticed their troubles were a couple years ago so I thought maybe they changed their ways. And I must say, I am pretty satisfied with the purchase overall. I called before opening hours and didn't leave a message once I realized I called early. I was pleased to find out that it was BHM calling me back even without leaving the message. I asked about the product and was told it was in stock and could be shipped the same day. I placed the order and was emailed a tracking number that evening. The package arrived on Wednesday (Very speedy for an entire set of clubs including a bag!). The box was well-taped and all the clubs wrapped in plastic and bubble-wrapped heads. | Spoke with Hector on March 10th reference a golf bag order...I explained to Hector that I needed the bag for a tournament on the 20th...Hector said the bag was in stock, would ship within 48 hours and be at my door in 3-5 days max...but probably sooner because the distributor is in a neighboring state...So by my math the bag would arrive the 17th at the latest....began getting worried when i hadn't even recieved tracking info on March 17th...Placed an inquiry with Brian...Brian sent an email that the bag had shipped on the 16th...then recieved a reply on BHM inquiry page the same day saying that the bag shipped on the 17th...then recieve a phone call from Brian that the bag shipped on the 19th Approx 6 hours after I cancelled the order....Obviously will not have the bag by the date promised and Brian insisted that he was being truthful...If that is the case I should be recieving three bags...shipped the 16th, 17th and 19th.....Brian can't figure out why I'm upset but offered me a free towel.... |

We are very sorry that you feel that way. If you do not want the golf bag , we will try and do a delievery intercept and you will not get the golf bag for the price we sold the bag at. We apologize that OGIO was busy in their shipping department. Our site STATES usually ships direct in 3-5 Business days as a SPECIAL order and it does state special orders take extra time |

| Just wanted to take a minute and let you know what a great job you did with my order. First, your price on the Adams driver I was looking for was the lowest on the web. However, where you really shined was your service after the sale. The problem was with UPS who described my club as "Delivered" even though it never arrived. Brian from BHMgolf got on the phone with his UPS rep as well as their customer service professionals and really lit a fire under them.
