3. With Exchanges in FREE Shipping Items must be in New and Unused Condition. ARS Fees will be waived. Exchange Value can be used for FREE Gound shipping and only applies to online exchanges.
Returns UPS Drop Off – Your Cost $10 (Surcharges May Apply)
UPS offers over 70,000 access points, including UPS Drop boxes. Go to UPS.com to find a conveinant location such as a UPS Store or authorized shipping outlet or any UPS Driver in the continental United States of America.
Returns UPS Pick UP - Your Cost $20 (Surcharges May Apply)
UPS will come by and pick up at the location of your choice in the Continental United States. They will only come by during business hours and no time can be chosen. They will pick up on their regular daily route. No specified time can be chosen.
***The Return cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. UPS Authorized Return service is only available in the Continental USA.
Return Shipping rates apply to Continental USA customers only.

For in stock orders you are charged immediately and you will receive a UPS Tracking Number.
Drop-ship Orders:
Some items may have to be ordered & drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. "Drop-ship" simply means the manufacturer ships your order directly from their warehouses. In some cases, we may have to drop-ship your order to get preferred prices & availability. All Drop Ship orders will not be charged until we receive a valid UPS or Fed Ex Tracking Number.
Continental United States Delivery:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Shipping Surcharges are charged on items such as Golf Bags, Golf Carts, Box Sets, Set of 8 Irons or any box that is larger or weighs more than normal.
Shipping Surcharges as Follows:
Box Sets: $20.00
Golf Carts: $20.00
Iron Sets: $10.00
Golf Clubs: $10.00
Shoes: No Surcharges
BHM GOLF reserves the right to raise a surcharge at anytime and reserves the right to remove a surcharge at any time.
Hawaii and Alaska: Orders from these 2 States will be caculated as the normal shipping and handling on our site. No Free Shipping will be given to these states. Please place order on site and select the approriate shipping. Free Shipping only applies to the 48 states in the Continental United States of America.
International Orders: BHM GOLF is currently not accepting any international orders.
Trade-Ins: BHM GOLF is currently not accepting any trade in's, however we do consider purchasing golf clubs from the customer. Please call of sales Department line at 630-782-0643.
Rush Delivery:
Next Day Air Orders and 2nd Day Air Orders will on ship the same day if order is placed by Noon the same day. Orders placed with a Expedition shipping on order will ship out according to the Delivery stated on www.bhmgolf.com. If Delivery can not be met, the customer will be notified immediately by the sales department or customer service.
BHM GOLF Exclusive Two Year Warranty:
Covers all manufacturing defects experienced through normal use. BHM GOLF reserves the right to determine if warranty claims are invalid due to unusual abuse. This is determined by the manufacturer of the product. All Questions have to be referred to www.bhmgolf.com.

Pricing and Availability Policy:
Prices & availability are subject to change. Prices for every item can be received by website or quoted over the phone. We cannot quote any prices via email because of the manufacturer's restrictions. If we quote a lower price over the phone than the regular price we charge, we will charge the lower amount and then ship the order to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation by email or phone.
Note: Certain orders that have availability issues, for example Two Ball putters, may take up to 4 to 8 weeks for delivery due to high demand issues. We will notify you if your order is delayed. You the customer will have a right to fully cancel the order and receive a full refund.
UPS Damages to Product Procedure:
On orders that are received by you and there is damage caused in shipment from BHMGOLF to you. Please go to Quick Nav on our website www.bhmgolf.com and fill out a customer service inquiry form. Inform BHM GOLF of the issue. BHM GOLF will contact UPS and File a Claim with UPS. UPS will investigate the situation in which takes 1 to 8 Business days. The product MUST be picked up by UPS. Once a product is picked up for damage, BHM GOLF will ask you whether you want a Full Refund or for the merchandise that got damaged. Please note some items are ordered Direct from the manufacturer's and has delivery times noted on the website.
